Nepal condemns bomb blast at Indian Embassy in Kabul
 

Kathmandu, July 8

The Government of Nepal has condemned Monday’s suicide bomb attack at the Indian Embassy in Kabul, capital of Afghanistan.

"The Government of Nepal strongly condemns the heinous act of terrorism," read a statement on Tuesday of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Government has expressed sympathy to the victims of the attack as well as to the people and governments of Afghanistan and India and extended condolences to the bereaved families.

Forty-one people including at least four Indian embassy staff were killed and at least 139 injured in the deadliest attack since the 2001 fall of the Taliban.
