CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal Saturday said that his party would never accept any anarchist type of governance system in the new constitution.
Inaugurating the ninth general convention of Nepal Financial Employees' Association of Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) at Hetauda, Nepal said that the parties were reaching closer to consensus on the issues of state restructuring, governance system and election system.
He said that the political parties had no alternative to promulgate the new constitution within May 27 and added, "The new federal system will be established based on identity and capacity."
He urged all parties to give up their partisan interests and accept the reality of the country to establish federal Nepal.
He said that the Maoist combatants were integrated under the provision of the 7-point deal.
All parties should try to promulgate a progressive constitution, he said, adding, "There is no chance to backtrack from the gains and establish anarchism. The new constitution will end all types of social discrimination and start economic revolution in the country."
On the occasion, chairman of Nepal Financial Employees' Association of RBB Narayan Prasad Subedi and others stressed that the parties should give priority to establish economic stability in the country.
