All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) announced the final squad for Nepal National U-22 Team on Friday in Kathmandu.
The final 23 member squad will be selected from 27 players currently in the team. Head Coach of the U-22, Krishna Thapa and assistant coach, Hari Khadka selected the players.
The final squad is as follows:
GK: Bikesh Kuthu, Bishal Shrestha and Dinesh Thapa Magar.
DF: Sabindra Shrestha, Bikash Singh Chhetri, Rabin Shrestha, Deepak Bhusal, Rabi Thapa and Rohit Chand.
MF: Shiva Shrestha, Roshan Lamichane, Prabin Karki, Ganesh Khadka, Rupesh KC, Anil Ojha, Amir Shrestha, Sushil KC, Bishal Rai, Jagjeet Shrestha and Sulav Maskey.
FW: Jangbu Sherpa, Bharat Khawas and Sujal Shrestha.
The tournament is starting from 16 June to 24 June at Dasarath Stadium, Kathmandu. Nepal, Bangladesh, Yemen, Jordan and Uzbekistan are participating in the qualifiers from which the top two teams will go to the final round.
Nepal will take on Bangladesh in their opening match on 16 June.
