A meeting of the Constituent Assembly on Tuesday was put off issuing a notice. In the notice the CA secretariat said the next meeting will be held on Wednesday.
The CA meeting is being put off for a long time as political leaders are busy attending meetings to sort out contentious issues of the constitution.
