Lady Gaga gets OK for gig

Lady Gaga has the go-ahead to put on a second concert in the Philippines after Manila authorities decided her first show did not violate the law.

The pop diva thrilled fans at her sold-out show Monday night, but some Christians in the Philippines have been protesting her concerts and accuse her of promoting immorality.

Authorities say her second gig Tuesday night be will allowed to proceed because they found no violations of the conditions of the special permit they issued for the first concert. Pasay City Mayor Antonino Calixto says Lady Gaga did not exhibit nudity or abuse religion.

Some Christian youths called for her concerts to be banned. Catholic Archbishop Ramon Arguelles warned that her fans are in danger of falling into the clutches of Satan.
