Kathmandu, June 2

Bunu Rai Manandhar has finally realized her long cherished dream to bring her music album.

Her first album’Bunu’s Imagination’ was recently released by Pop star Om Bikram Bista amidst a function in the capital.

Born in Darjelling, India, Bunu has been living in Nepal for the last 20 years after tying nuptial knot with Basundhara Ratna Manandhar, Nepali citizen.

Both of them were teachers at Gyanoday Bal Balika School Sanepa. However, Bunu quit her teaching profession recently as she wanted to become a full-time singer.

Singing was in her blood and she has been singing after taking the SLC exams. But her career and family burdens had prevented her from dedicating time to singing. Now she has overcome them as she quit the job at her husband’s advice.

The album ‘Bunu’s Imagination’ consists of six slow melody pop, RNB type and pop songs entitled Korera Prempatra, Kalapanma, Jhoom Jhoom, Chanchal, Korera Prem Patra (solo) and Lajayera.

Lyricists Kamal Khatri and Acharya Prabha have penned the lyrics and Khatri and Roshan Gurung have composed the music. Rebel Creation has presented the album.

Korera Prempatra and Kalpanama, the two songs from album are visualized.

Bunu said, "Now I have succeeded to bring this album in the support of my husband."
